Position Summary

The Sales Specialist – Digital Services & Partnerships will play a key role within the Digital Services & Partnerships Business Unit, responsible for promoting and selling XIBER’s digital services, asset management solutions, and Operations & Maintenance (O&M) offerings.

Reporting to the Service Sales Manager, Platform Development, this role requires a proactive and skilled sales professional with a passion for digital innovation, renewable energy, and customer-oriented solutions.

The Sales Specialist will actively work to expand our customer base, support our partners in their energy transition journey, and foster long-term partnerships.

 

Responsibilities

  • Sales & Business Development: Identify and acquire industrial clients for digital services, asset management, and O&M solutions. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline focused on energy efficiency and decarbonization solutions, achieving defined sales targets.

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders, deliver tailored presentations, analyze client needs, and propose customized solutions aligned with their sustainability and operational goals.

  • Partnerships & Networking: Establish strategic alliances in the renewable energy and digital solutions sectors. Participate in industry events to promote the company’s offerings.

  • Market Analysis & Strategy: Monitor trends and competitors to identify opportunities and refine sales strategies. Collect market feedback to continuously improve and optimize solutions offered.

Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (development, engineering, project management) to ensure seamless project delivery and support the creation of marketing materials and promotional campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field

  • Experience: 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in the energy, digital solutions, O&M services, or asset management sectors

  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with digital platforms, asset management, and O&M services, with a solid understanding of the renewable energy market

  • Sales Skills: Proven track record in business development and sales, with strong negotiation and closing abilities

  • Customer Orientation: Ability to understand client needs and deliver value-driven solutions, supporting long-term relationships

  • Communication Skills: Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and influence clients

  • Languages: Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
