Title:  Pre-Owned Equipment Coordinator

Main Tasks/Responsibilities

- Control and update the inventory of used equipment, ensuring accuracy and traceability;

- Supervise equipment inflow and outflow processes, ensuring proper documentation and system registration, including equipment inspections and related reports;

- Coordinate inspection activities, condition assessments, and damage control of equipment;

- Prepare repair quotations to support decision-making;

- Maintain maintenance records and history, as well as the technical documentation of each piece of equipment;

- Support the sales team by providing information and reports for proposals and sales processes.

Requirements

- University degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Mechatronics Engineering (mandatory requirement);

- Experience in inventory, warehouse, or logistics management;

- Knowledge of inventory management systems;

- Strong organizational and cost-control skills;

- 2 to a maximum of 5 years of professional experience in similar roles;

- Availability to travel;

- Good command of English and/or Spanish;

- Driving license (Category B).
