Title: Human Resources Specialist | Professional Internship

Main Tasks/Responsabilities
- Support recruitment and selection processes;
- Assist with the onboarding and integration of new employees and interns;
- Support the review, organisation and continuous improvement of Human Resources processes;
- Contribute to the development of internal communication and Employer Branding initiatives;
- Support the organisation of internal events and initiatives;
- Participate in talent attraction and development initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organisational Psychology or a related field (Mandatory);
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Good command of English (Mandatory);
- Knowledge of Spanish (Preferred);
- Valid driving licence;
- Availability to travel within Portugal.
