Title:  Fleet Operations Coordinator

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

- Execute and monitor the fleet management plan defined by the Manager, ensuring compliance with deadlines and targets;

- Monitor and report performance KPIs such as availability, cost per hour, and productivity;

- Coordinate and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities, as well as fleet movement logistics;

- Support the planning of equipment inflow and outflow, including damage control;

- Collaborate with the commercial team by providing technical and operational data for proposals and contracts;

- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and applicable legal standards.

Requirements

- University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Mechatronics;

- 2 to 5 years of professional experience in similar roles;

- Solid knowledge of industrial equipment;

- Availability to travel;

- Good command of English and/or Spanish;

- Valid driver’s license (category B).
