Mission
Ensure that administrative and accounting processes are carried out accurately, in accordance with defined internal guidelines, with the objective of maintaining a balanced profit and loss account. Provide support in the execution of the company’s commercial operations.
Main Tasks/Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the team under your responsibility, creating an environment that enables the achievement of objectives and supports employee development.
- Review and analyze the Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Statement on a monthly basis, as well as monitor planning and costs, in order to ensure financial control of the assigned business areas.
- Address customer needs (advising on financing options, payment terms, credit matters, claims, etc.), contributing to overall customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate the administrative execution of commercial operations (contracts, invoicing, collections, defaults, issuance of guarantees, etc.), ensuring compliance with established processes.
- Coordinate the procurement process, managing supplier relationships, supervising contracts, and ensuring purchases are carried out in accordance with company guidelines.
- Prepare reporting and activity reports according to established information requirements.
- Participate in audit processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or similar field;
- 2–3 years of experience in tax responsibility, strategic planning, or management control (controlling);
- Experience in team management, with demonstrated leadership potential;
- Advanced level of English (preferred);
- SAP knowledge (preferred).
