Main Tasks/Responsibilities

Technical and commercial support;

Customer follow-up on matters related to equipment repair and spare parts sales;

Preparation of spare parts and service proposals;

Strengthening post-sales and commercial relationships;

Updating customer equipment fleets;
-
Entering customer and proposal data into the CRM system;

Preparing proposals in line with ongoing campaigns;
- Identifying and requesting all materials required for the project/work.
Requirements

Commercial mindset;

Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems;

Relevant experience in a similar role;

Proficient in English (spoken and written);

Knowledge of SAP (preferred);

Availability to travel;
- Valid driver’s license.
