Title: Project Manager

Main Tasks/Responsibilities
Responsible for planning, coordinating and monitoring projects related to power systems, ensuring their successful delivery in terms of scope, schedule, budget and quality. Main responsibilities include:
- Define the project scope, objectives and requirements, and develop detailed project plans, including schedules, milestones and resource allocation.
- Ensure that personnel, equipment and materials are available and efficiently utilized throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify, assess and develop mitigation strategies to minimize the impact of potential project risks.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders (customers, project teams and suppliers) and coordinate team activities to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Ensure projects are delivered within the approved budget and meet the required quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, identify deviations from the project plan and implement corrective actions whenever necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering – Power Systems;
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Project Manager;
- Availability to attend training programmes in Portugal and abroad (mandatory);
- Availability for national and international travel;
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and/or Spanish will be considered an advantage;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project.
